I was having broadband problems yesterday and ran the online test - I was offered a new super hub 3, which I accepted and the website said it would be delivered today, which is great - the problem is I didn't get an email confirmation and so I don't have a tracking number to track the package. I might need to go out later and I don't want to miss the delivery - do you know how I can get the tracking number please?

Hi Gary - I already did that, but it says the online ordering page doesn't update for 24 hours after the order is placed, which would be after I need the information. thanks for the suggestion though 🙂
