Ok so my contact was coming to a end and I had option for a new deal which was 200mb for £44 so I took it. Did everything in the emails I was sent but it seems it just never worked or got through to anyone so now my £48 for 125mb is now £55.

Hi so I have a email with the pre-contract agreement for the new deal.i also have a email saying 

You're in! Thanks for placing your order with Virgin Media.


We are pleased to confirm your request has now been fully actioned and your special bundle offer has been applied, saving you even more money than you thought on your Virgin Media services.

And I also have a email that tells me to approve the order with the CSS number which I did .but the only email I have after this is a bill for £55

Was the response for a new deal sent through your End of contract email or thorugh our webpage?

I found the new deal on the virgin media website above my bill
