Feel like systems just make things up now can't understand why it would charge you then but certainly needs addressing,
The best advice I can offer offer is to call retention's department at 8am sharp (to avoid any queues) on 0345 454 1111 options 1-1-4-4.
This department can either give you a proper offer or you can give notice (depending on what you want to do)
