new contract, out of contract bill

my contract was due to finish 28/06/23, i had signed to vodaphone & contacted virgin to let them know. i was offered a new deal & accepted, i was emailed new contract details but no date was provided for the start of the contract. i’ve received a bill for the out of contract amount (£51) and can’t seem to get a response on this, namely when does new contract start and how can i get a bill for new contract pricing? thank you.

Can you please confirm if you consented to the new contract from ourselves and if there was any new equipment to be installed?
