I'm sorry you're having problems with the new sim card that has been sent.
I know your old sim is currently working in the handset, but we do need to get you on to a new sim card or else you will lose service shortly. All customers need to be transferred over on to a new sim.
Our new sim is not compatible with the Nokia 1101, but don't worry I will need to arrange a replacement handset for you.
