my virgin account

I informed virgin of my new address by several emails and moved home 6 weeks ago I have not been contacted once and do not get reply from messages sent I really want to stay with virgin as I have been a customer since day one  .

It turns out that virgin do not supply my new postcode so i wonder if this is the reason, has anyone else had a similar experience as curious to the outcome.

Virgin do not operate an email address for customers you would have to phone

I have double checked and I sent a total of 5 messages to virginmedia.com/help as phoning was a waste of time
