my email/user name is unrecognised. I have no other

Just got notice of contract ending and huge increase in monthly amount.  Impossible to call.  Have all account details but site will not recognise my email/user name which is the only one I've ever had.  As a result I cannot get in touch with Virgin unless I try by phone which may never work.  Why my email is not recognised is a complete mystery as been a customer for decades
