my contract disscount

my promonal  disscount   is up at the end of the  month   , tried to get trough on phone and chat  no luck on phone on chat  got put in que  they said they where passing my through after 20 mins of waiting i had to give up .. can you help me.as i am trying  to negocate  another and i got message on top of  a virgin page  saying  1 gig service was avaiable in my area check with my post code     and it is   what  pagkage is it in or is it seperate
