im moving into a new apartment on the 30/5/20 and been going round in circles on the virgin site on how to transfer my account to the new property. Spoke to some one from the call centre but couldnt understand a word they were saying. Any suggestions ? Feel like cancelling and going with sky as it seems the easiest option atm
