mobile text to virgin custiomer service - to rentions

decided to use this featured today to contact some one about the current account off the price hike -

cut it short it never happen no one was avable after talking with 2 differant agents second did put me through - from 11 am this morning - ive now put in another complaint off the issue - as i want it cancelled - the contract was change -as im undercontract the contract was not to get renew till it ended next year - end of the day they have change it without our content an they new for the fact it be hard for us 2 contact them of the issue -  as well  my mobile contract i want it to end - just a shame they have done this when every one is struggling the best thing is they should of phone first an not change that suits them
