missing payment

hi can some one help me please

i made a payment in december 19th 2020.

virgin said i havent paid .i have paid . ive spoke to natwest they have confirmed ive paid i even have the payment code they used but its not  good enough for virgin . they want me to  speak to missing payments . who do you speak to  ive had enough of it now frustrating

Were you told you have not paid via email and, if so, does the email content match any of the many billing phishing email posts made by Virgin Media here: Latest Phishing News?

I've been able to locate your account and can see you've been able to speak with us since your post, can you please tell me what you were advised over the phone?
