missing payment email

Hi,

I need to send proof of payment to Virgin media as I have paid, it's come out of my bank and my bank has confirmed this but for some reason Virgin can't see my payment. I rang up about this. They asked me to send proof in an email. I can't find this anywhere on the website. I think it was missingpayment@virginmedia.com  is that correct?

Hi Ilovebroadband,

 

The email is missingpayments@virginmedia.co.uk also make sure you include the following in your email:-

  • Your Name
  • Account Address
  • Proof of Payment such as a copy of your Bank Statement
  • If you have any payment reference
  • Date you made the payment

It can take the team 21 days to locate the payment and add it to your account.
