I have been trying for days to connect to a hooman but have been on hold for 30+ minutes at a time then i have to give up as i get to sore standing holding the phone . i need to talk to retentions dept to discuss my package and what potential savings i can make either by reducing/removing things or to help me decide if i just need to close my account and go elsewhere.
