Received my welcome email yesterday with my account number and area code. Purchased broadband and sim only. site will not let me login or register, what am i doing wrong?
I already have an account and cannot login to the 'my.virginmedia.com' site - it sends to be to the oauth2 site and gets stuck there.
Error: An error occurred during a connection to oauth.virginmedia.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
Looks like the authentication is broken.
