Hi I am a new customer and i'm having a nightmare trying to login to my VM account.

I was successful the first time but since then have been unable to log back in.

I have the correct username and password but no joy.

I have been through the reset process 3 times with no joy.

I have tried with my account number to make sure I have the right username but still I cannot login.

I have phoned 4 times and no one can help me. (there was meant to be a problem in the area but it should not affect login and it should be fixed now).

Not a very good first impression, this is most frustrating and disappointing.

Can someone help me.

I can't help, but have the same problem! There is definitely a problem with VM in trying to reset passwords and/or logging in. VM need to address this situation.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems accessing the online account. 

 

From reading your post to us I can see that you have already tried a few things to get this matter resolved. 

As they have not worked, I would really like to take a look in to your account to get a better understanding of what the problem may be.

I have the same problem. Joined back in May and i still can't login to Myvirginmedia portal. Tried the credentials i used at the time of setup but not working. Tried resetting password but not joy. Tried forgotten username and doesn't recognise my login name. Tried to re-register for Myvirginmedia and it gets to the page where is select my username, password and security question and it gets to a page where i select the Child and Web Safe settings and then it bombs out with an error.

Please help...
