leaving obstructed by virgin

Same issue here.

Sat on phone for best part of 30 mins. Eventually get through to someone whom I explained I would be leaving and intend to end the contract on the 10th Feb. Told this was all good.

No confirmation email.

Now on 6th Feb, called up to confirm that my account is showing as disconnecting on 10th Feb. Told it didn't appear and I would be passed on to the "Disconnections Team". And at that point, my call is disconnected. Not particularly funny VM!

I can live with longer wait times due to Covid, but this treatment is disgusting, childish and completely unprofessional.
