I have just recieved my bill and am being billed for last month with late payment fee despite payment being made at a Tesco Express PayPoint, where do I go from here ?

You will have to phone and speak to someone from the accounts section. Bills are not sorted here.
I have just returned from the Tesco Express concerned with the refunded bill plus late payment fee in full after a sales assistant admitted his error , Top marks Tesco ! Thats how you do customer sevice !
