lack of customer support

Well I`m trying to contact Virgin to change my package but there is no support so I have decided to leave but guess what? you can`t even do that either. Yes I understand about Covid but most companies organise working from home, looks like Virgin only want my money not my good will.

Very sorry for the delay in replying and trouble you've had speaking to the team, we have been busier than usual. 

I've had a look into the back end of things from here and it looks as though you've since been able to speak to the team to get this sorted.
