This would be down to the whole Covid situation, surprised it wasn't explained on the day of installation really so apologies for that.
The process got all installations for the time being are to install 1 of each product on initial installation, and then once everything is back to a degree of normality all customers that took out a package for 2 or more boxes will be contacted to arrange a suitable time and date to come and finish the installation.
