incorrect Billing Amount

Hello, can't get through on the phones and VM site has no obvious email address. So apologies if this is in the wrong place.

We nearly left VM last year and were given a discounted rate to remain.  

The contract (just downloaded from the site) says my discount is valid until 12th Nov 2020

Then my most recent bill says my bundle offer ends this month. 22nd April 2020 

I am very confused: the billing and contract are not clear to me. Please can I book a call/instand message to talk this through? 2.jpg

Seems straightforward.

You have two discounts, the first of which ends part way through this billing period.

The second £3 discount continues until mid-November.
