i cannot re-register an account

Hey, I recently split from my partner and the virgin contract was in her name and she did the 'moved house' option to move the contract to her new property. she now has a new contract number etc and i started a new contract in my name with the same account number id (+1). but now when i goto to register an account it states that the old account is registered for this address.

BUT if you login with the old account it shows as the new address and new contract id for my ex partners account.

So i cannot register an account for this address?

Any ideas? how i resolve this.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear of the personal issue.

If the Move and Transfer was done, this would or should transfer the online account to the new property.

I'll PM you now to see if anything can be done.
