great difficulties changing my package from phone, tv broadband to just 2 mb upgrade broadband

Made two attempts speaking to customer service, they have said this had not been completed. second time I waited one hour to get through then was cut off by the call from virgin's end. I am still awaiting a new contract, which I dont think I will ever get. I at seems to be very differcult to down grading packages with virgin as they want to make this as difficult as possible. I am not happy how I have been treated. Anyone Elst finding issues, I know there's a pandemic but business can still e done remotely.
