gig1 upgrade not showing in account

was offered gig1 for black friday deal and signed up last saturday 25/11/23 received the contracts etc and heard nothing since, cant see any orders in account even though there should be a hub 5 being sent out, can someone help and check this for me? Thanks

How did you place the order, was this over the phone or online. 

Unfortunately, package changes or new contract deals are not something we deal with from our community forums, however if you have ordered the deal online this can take 14 days to appear currently.

If after this time nothing is showing, please pop back here and we can investigate this matter further for you.
