forgotten password entering bill does not work

hi there,

i have tried all methods to reset my password via the website. when putting in bill details it just comes up please enter valid bill details although they are correct. i have tried other suggestions to try other browsers and clear cache but does not work.

i have not accessed my account for a long time and need help.

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂

 

We were aware some customers were having an issue with this but it should now be resolved. 

 

Is it just accessing via the website you have the issue with, have you tried a mail client?

I have tried again and still not working. I have only used we browser. I don't know how to use mail client. Anything else you can suggest?

Sorry to hear that you have had an issues with your passwords and logging into your account. 

I would like to take a further look into this but would need to send over a private message, so that we can clear account security and investigate the problem further.
