Hi
On joining I have noticed first name mis-spelt (Hary but should be Garry). The service hasn't begun yet. I have just joined and have had booked a virgin installer for next month.
I don't want to go through sending passport / birth / marriage certificates, etc. for tis simple mis-spelling of my first name. Is there a more straightforward solution?
