It has 2 Call Out Charge in the first bill, but the guys haven't do anything in that 2 Call Out Service,
how can i follow,
in the first time, he just said the wiring cannot change and then go away
in the second time, he said the Vrigin only give him 30 minutes therefore he cannot do anything here.
What did you ask them to do on the two visits?
