fed up at being ignored

feeling very ignored here - been trying live chat since tuesday - someone chatted once and then said their shift was up so couldnt help me - i was then on hold again for over a hour until someone else came on - they didnt read my complaint right and went to transfer me to mobile yet my problem was with broadband billing........ ive now been on hold since yesterday tea 

i cant use the phone as im deaf
