failed account registration

I'm trying to register for an online account ,but after numerous attempt and password changes ,the page refuses to accept any password I attempt to set . Several days ago, I hung on for 9 hours without a response ,on the automated helpline (2pm until 11pm ) the system said within 4 hours but after the automatic side suggested it would forward me to a person I never received any reply. I've once again tried to set up an account but receive the same failed password messages. I was previously with Virgin media and had an account then but this doesn't seem active either ,I don't know if that previous account is hindering my current sign up attempt.

I am very sorry that you're having issues creating an online account and speaking to the team.
