I have recently signed up for virgin broadband and due to pay £36pm
I had an email notification and bill to say that my first payment would be the 1st and 2nd month which woild be £72
A few days before the payment was due £118.89 was taken from my account by VM. i contacted my bank amd they assured me this waa from VM. 2 days later the £72 was withdrawn.
I have spoken to support who say they can only see the £72 in my bill and to contact email@example.com who would get back to me within 2 days. I had an acknowledgement email and no further followup which was 5 days ago.
As a new customer i do not appreciate an extra 118.89 pounds taken from me with no explanation
