i,m due to be cut off on the 10 april but my new service provider will not put new phone line in till covid-19 restrictions are lifted is there any way i can extend my contract with virgin media till we get quarantine lifted as will we have no broadband or tv after the 10 of april can not get throw on phone as call centers are shut and all its saying look on website. But can not find anything about this problem on there if any on can help thanks
Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
