Our latest bill for our Virgin Media service has an erroneous charge: "Package changes£79.53".
We never requested a package change, and the package has not changed. This charge should not exist.
How should I go about having this charge removed, that does not involve waiting on the phone for two hours (as it did last time I phoned 150)?
