I cancelled services and they ended on July 4th.
on July 5th the new account holder had services installed by an engineer. this engineer collected the old equipment from my account that was cancelled.
please can someone ensure it is marked as being collected as I'm still getting text messages asking to arrange collection for the items.

Once equipment is received back, it can take a week or 2 to process. During this time, any scheduled reminders will continue.
