email billing

Ive just found out we haven't received an email bill for over 6 months ,and we have been paperless for a few years ,the only time we find out how much our monthly bill is (without logging into my account) ,is when the money is taken out of my wife's bank account , surely this inst right am i missing something .please can someone point me in the right direction to fix this ,thanks .
