For some reason, VM recently turned on paper statements for my account, and started charging me for the privilege. I'm trying to turn eBilling on again, but like other members of this forum, I can't do it. The instructions on the website just go round in circles, and there is no option to switch on eBilling in my account. It seems that others have solved the problem by direct contact from VM. It would make a lot more sense to fix the website
Please can you help turn eBilling on, and refund me the charges for the paper bills I've received

Hi, Following my initial query, I was assured I would get a refund for the paper bill that I was charged for.
I've had an issue accessing my bills, but now I can access, & can see that there's been no refund. (I've also found I've apparently been charged for a landline call to my own house...!)
Please could someone advise how I can get a refund please?

I have the same problem - I recently moved house and have now been sent (and charged for) a paper bill when I have always had e-bills in the past. As far as I can see my account settings are still set to ebills.
