For some reason, VM recently turned on paper statements for my account, and started charging me for the privilege. I'm trying to turn eBilling on again, but like other members of this forum, I can't do it. The instructions on the website just go round in circles, and there is no option to switch on eBilling in my account. It seems that others have solved the problem by direct contact from VM. It would make a lot more sense to fix the website

Please can you help turn eBilling on, and refund me the charges for the paper bills I've received

Hi - I appear to be in the same boat. We just made a change to our account last week, and we received a paper bill this week, which we have been charged for. What is that all about?

I am going round in circles trying to find anywhere ebilling can be reactivated. Every link provided just takes us to another page that doesn't have any ebilling info.

The website really is a mess. Can someone please help me get this sorted?

I'm sorry to hear you're also having some issues with your ebilling. 

Can you please confirm that you have already tried choosing this option via your online account?

Yes, and I can't find any way to charge my bill to ebilling again in my Virgin media online account profile.....

We're sorry to see you could not find the option to switch to e-billing on your online account with us.
Please, follow the below steps:

"The first step is to sign in to your My Virgin Media account here. Once you’re logged in, simply:

  • Click on the settings tile
  • Click on account details
  • Scroll to Communication Preference and click edit
  • Select eBills, email, text from the drop down
  • Click update

    Please try the above and let us know if it works for you, we're here to assist further in case you need more help with this.
