I've been trying to sort this for a while now.
The problem: When logging into my account, I'm asked for our 4-digit eBilling PIN.
I'm not sure we've ever had one.
I've phoned Customer Services but the custromer care centres are closed and my only option is to check the service status which requires a pin.
