eBilling

Hi, since moving house, we've been put back onto paper billing - having a really frustrating time trying to change back to eBilling!!

All advice on Virgin's website states that I should be able to log in and do it, but have rung up and just had the same very frustrating conversation! 

Does anyone know if there is a place to change to eBilling when logged into my account? Or can someone at Virgin just change it back to eBilling?

We're sorry to hear about the problem you're having 😔

Within your My Virgin Media account, have you tried clicking on "Account settings" and then "Account details"? If so, under where it says "Communication preference", can you see a little "Edit" button and have you tried changing that setting to "ebills / Email / Text"?

Hi Daniel, I've already tried this - have had that setting on for well over a month and am still receiving paper bills.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. 

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
