Hi,
I want to switch to eBilling from paper bills but there isn't option to switch eBilling in My account.
I don't want to pay extra charge. Please, help me to change the billing details.

Sorry to hear you've been unable to register for ebilling. You should be able to do so via My Virgin Media, via 'update settings' and account details. However, as you've reached out to us, I would like to help you resolve this. I am going to send you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
