My account was in my husband's name and was always on eBilling, no paper bills were ever received. In July this year I had the account changed to my name after the death of my husband. Since then I have received a paper bill every month at a cost of £1.75 each despite still being signed up for eBilling. I have phoned twice and been assured each time that the paper bills would stop but they keep coming.
Can you please get these paper bills topped and arrange a refund of the charges made so far.
