Hi ive just upgraded my package and on viewing my new contract there is a message saying contract unsigned. Ive looked at my contract sent by e mail and am wondering how do you sign and accept it . Thanks in advance . Elfy
Ok, so that suggests the update may not have been processed correctly. Either wait for the Forum Team to respond or call in and discuss it with the phone support people. The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).

Glad to hear you're sticking with us 🙂 when it comes to upgrades you don't actually have to sign anything it's just the case of using your services, which automatically registers on our system that you accept your contract. You still get the standard 14 days cooling down period.
