I'm sorry to hear that, do you have a link or a picture of the graph so I can take a look please?

 

If the graph is completely red, this will mean that some settings aren't configured properly to allow the BQM to run. The reason for this is explained here: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/faq/broadband-quality-monitor

 

I have had another look at the back end of your service and all your hub specs are all showing green and within parameters, so we aren't able to see any sort of hard fault this end.

I have enabled anonymous WAN ping request so the graph will now start to work.

 

Ive had no dropouts today so all good.

I have been able to verify the disconnection now, i was kicked off again last night at 8:30pm and it showed on the graph as well so now i know im not going mad.

Can we please confirm if the Hub is in modem mode? Is there a third party router attached to the connection?

 

Are you able to post your network logs from your Hubs advanced settings for us? You can find the information to log into the Hub settings on the base of your Hub.
