Just want to change my direct debit collection date but:
1. 150 - waiting over an hour every day... so long in fact my home phone battery gives out BEFORE I get anywhere near answered... can call anytime of the day and its the same
2. I texted the 'text support' number over 26hrs ago and no response
Where to now for this marvellous and difficult customer query to get resolved?
You can do it in My Virginmedia but only when you have no outstanding bill.
