direct debit confirmation sent to wrong email address

I am moving and have requested to take our package with us, but all emails and the direct debit confirmation are going to someone else's email address ... luckily I know the person, but this is very amateurish and worrying considering I have used  the same email for well over 10 years.

Trying to ring but currently been on hold for 29 minutes trying to get through
