my credit score is ruined because you guys have put a£27 non payment on there from February 2020 and as I moved out of the property in question in may 2019 and the account was transferred to my ex partner this is nothing to do with me! I have email verification that the account in question has zero balance so no money owed yet it still shows on my credit report and is ruining my chance to get a mortgage and causing me nothing but distress absolute joke really not happy about this I could only pass security once  because I don't have details about this account anymore (it's from 4 years ago) but either way he said there's nothing to pay on there.

You'd posted in the chatter section which isn't generally monitored by staff, so your post has been moved to the account section.

Your best move is to collate all the details of the alleged inaccuracy, with supporting evidence, to creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk

Your claim will be investigated on a 28day basis and any corrections identified, made.

And then you follow up with a written complaint to Virgin Media asking for at least £200 compensation for their incorrect processing of personal data.  The complaint will be fobbed off, but then you take the matter to Ombudsman Services (after reading their guidance on how the process works).  And in the meanwhile, you also make a complaint to the ICO that VM have processed incorrect data about you, and passed that to credit reference agencies, causing you distress and significant inconvenience.
