contract termination

Hello, 

I called today on th 150 phone number for a contract termination,) after 30 min)  the lady who took the call checked and she said ok, the contract will be cancelled, then she asked me to hold as she wasputting me through to a person form cancelleation ?!?! I waited for 10-15 minutes and then it was no reply, but a voice said the oher person hung up?!?!?!?!?!

as I am suppesed to leave UK in 5 days I' worried that the contract will not be terminated

Any suggestions?

Two options..

1. Call in again 150 from a VM phone or by dialling 0345 454 1111 (from any phone) use options 1,1,4,4, - they are still picking up - calling at 08.00 is the best time - check its been done

2. If that fails (or to be double sure!) do it In writing to...

Include your name address and all account details. Do it by registered mail with a receipt for signature on arrival.
