I renewed my contract on monday as it is due to run out on the 11th may, as far as i was aware it was all sorted i just had to wait for an email. I have not received an email about the contract only one asking me to rate the service i received which i did. I have just gone into my virgin media account and it looks as if the contract was never agreed and i have been put onto a rolling contract. can anybody help pls
Same issue. Agreed new deal with retentions 2 weeks ago and being charged 3 times the amount than what we agreed. I received no email. Person from retentions called me from their mobile but they are ignoring my calls and messages saying the contract has been accepted.
Don't bother with the phone line or live chat. Useless
I’ve been trying to discuss renewing my contract for a week. The text service isn’t as good as I’d hoped. It took three days to get a response and then when I detailed my issue the responses stopped.
i really don’t understand why they don’t just give-in and automate the renewal process.
Also, you’d think for an ISP they’d be able to get all of their call centre staff on a VPN to work from home. I know loads of people that have always manned a virtual call centre from home. Even the text service could be easily fully manned.
