contract package query

hi all, after the prices started going up recently, i rang up to cancel some of my services, was given a very good deal over the phone of £110.99 for some extra services which was still cheaper than my current package, i agreed on the phone and was sent some pre contract pdf files stating the price. an engineer came out to swap my faulty box and the package change happened. now on viewing the account in the myvirgin page, the package is showing as £193.49 per month, any idea why that would happen as i cannot afford that, which was the whole point of trying to cancel some services in the first place.
