contract not what i was told....

Ok so i did a deal via web chat and upgraded to m350 broadband , i was told it was an 18 month contract, no price increases. i looked at the contract today and found one of the discounts applied ends in 6 months so the price will rise, so its not a fixed price contract.

is there a number to get through to retentions directly ?

0345 4541111 (or 150 from a VM landline) and choose the options for "thinking of leaving us"
