contract ending

HI. Can someone advise on how I can discuss my contract with a VM person as the contract is finishing at the end of this month and will be increased by another £10 pm if I do nothing to change it. . I have tried phoning many times without success and the web site does not allow you to change a contract. I feel that I am being placed in a position where I will have no alternative but to stop my direct debits to VM as they are making it difficult to contact them. I appreciate that the Coronavirus issue is causing problems but as a long term customer, I would appreciate a better customer service and a better way of discussing my contract issues. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
