Hi, my contract is up in a few days, i rang up and agreed a new deal, that was 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything since, got latest bill and its doubled in price due to my 12 month deal ending. Can anyone please check whats happened.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues, I can appreciate this is not ideal,
Just to double check, did you receive any emails or texts? Have you double checked your spam and junk just in case.
On your billing section, is your contract still the same ie: same services ect?
